| Power Train Lift Truck - BCW Model No. PTLT-7500 |
| Ergonomic engineering, safety enhancement and improved
productivity provided the design criteria for the new BCW Mobile Power Lift Truck. Equipped with air hydraulic
technology, this unit provides a safe and easy system for removing and installing engine/transmission power units
independently or as a unit. Constructed of heavy wall tubular steel, the overall dimensions are 36" by 72"
and the height in the raised position is 31". In the lowered position, the height is 21". Heavy duty, ball bearing, locking six inch casters, coated with polyurethane to absorb minor inconsistencies in cement and pavement surfaces provide smooth and easy mobility. The two rear casters are rigid, while the two front are swivel-mounted, which provides for easy steering and maneuverability. This system has A 10 ton hudraulic ram with air assist for reducing worker fatigue and increasing efficiency. It demonstrates a solid advancement of new lifting technologies for solving heavy duty fleet maintenance requirements of the future. |
